What do you like best about GUIDEcx? I really like all notes/activities with the client to be neat and in one spot that the entire team can see/manage! What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? I would like to receive additional alerts What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefit is having all actions for a specific client in one spot for the entire team to view!

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? I am coming at this from a BI developer side. When I was struggling to get access to some data, the GuideCX team jumped on board immediately and helped open needed data to me. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? Not a ton of reporting, but it is sufficient. What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you? Creating projects to implement new customers. With GuideCX we have been better organized and had quicker implementations.

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? The developers certainly did their homework to understand the requirements for a successful customer onboard. This tool engages all stakeholders in a simple but comprehensive way. Task are at the fingertips of the owner via email, the web tool or on a mobile device. "Streamlined and Organized Our Process"
What do you like best about GUIDEcx? I really love the view the customer has. It allows them to easily see what they have done, and what is due next. It also allows us to very specifically pinpoint where our customer is in the process. Before GuideCX, we were using a Google Drive, which got the job done well enough, but it did not provide us any insight into where the customer was in their onboarding process, or what they needed assistance with. What do you like best about GUIDEcx? The best part is that you Guide CX can send automated emails and tasks that can be assigned to anyone. I also like how you can personalize it by adding tags, customizing the project info and formatting. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? I wish that you could sort by tag. "It's ease of use and the ability to add on extra team members to the project is great."
What do you like best? I like how we can work in real time within my projects and customers. What do you dislike? When on vacation I needed to inform all of my customers separately, when all I needed is a message or banner when they logged in to inform them that one of my colleagues could help them until my return. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Looking at bottlenecks in our process of onboarding and how we can move them forward.
