What do you like best about GUIDEcx? The ability to share the implementation process with the customer. "Great Idea and a Problem many SaaS companies have"

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? The idea of it was great (and needed for us) but the actual product did not meet expectations. We ended up using Hubspot to manage this process and leveraging their workflow automation. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? We canceled and our data was still used to send emails to our customers, which created a lot of confusion because this was months/years after the onboard. What do you like best about GUIDEcx? I like that it is easy to use and simple design that is not cluttered and too busy to figure out what is going on. It also allows us to communicate with other departments and bring them in on tasks that they may need to be on as well. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? "Love the GuideCX team!"

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? The team is great if you need assistance. They always answer so quickly. Loved to get to know and work with them. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? I don't think I dislike anything that they need to change. It's just the way that I work and the processes I've adapted to work for my team don't always align with GuideCX, so I usually create work arounds.
