"User friendly project management tool."

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? I find GuideCX to be an intuitive project management tool. It is user friendly and easy to use a for managing multiple projects. "Far and above my favorite work application"

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? GuideCX has drastically improved our implementation process, allowing automatic prompting of our customers to continue with their next steps. "Great Idea and a Problem many SaaS companies have"

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? The idea of it was great (and needed for us) but the actual product did not meet expectations. We ended up using Hubspot to manage this process and leveraging their workflow automation. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? We canceled and our data was still used to send emails to our customers, which created a lot of confusion because this was months/years after the onboard. What do you like best about GUIDEcx? Project Management. Chat feature. Follow-up What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? Code formatting is missing. So it becomes difficult to differentiate between normal code and normal text. What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you? "Share the implementation"

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? The ability to share the implementation process with the customer. It is great to be able to assign pieces and tasks to them and have the feedback along the way when they get stuck. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? Dependencies and changing tasks.
