What do you like best about GUIDEcx? GuideCX makes it easy to invite collaborators to projects, including both colleagues and customers. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? I would like to see additional reporting options, such as reports on specific tasks across projects. What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you? GuideCX helps us stay on track during the implementation process by keeping track of upcoming tasks and sending reminders to the appropriate stakeholders.

"Great tool to manage projects!"

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? The Project Overview. Plus, the possibility to track the tasks and generate reports of it. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? The integration with HubSpot is limited to some accounts. Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx: Great tool for short staffs and lots of clients. What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you? Onboarding the clients with more visibility of the project.

"A very nice experience till now"

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? Its easy to navigate between tabs to see what things are Needed and easy to communicate with clients What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? UI can be improved, currently a lot of things are not at front, have to dig inside a lot of layers like certain docs What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you? With guideCX, we use it as integration tool in the onboarding stages

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? GuideCX has drastically improved our implementation process, allowing automatic prompting of our customers to continue with their next steps. Significantly reduced the number of emails that I need to send to customers and makes the ones that I do send much more meaningful and personalized. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?
