What do you like best about GUIDEcx? Our Onboarding with GuideCX was smooth and thorough. Using GuideCX has helped us better track the status of our multiple projects and the tasks required by us and our clients. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? What do you like best about GUIDEcx? I love being able to communicate with clients through GuideCX. It holds everyone who is assigned to the project accountable. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? I would say the GuideCX training was a little too vague, but I'm happy our CSM will continue to meet with me and teach me more about the software.
