What do you like best about GUIDEcx? Guide CX saves time for our team as all content is shared with clients automatically and consistently. It allows us to track our clients' progress through the training material and provide targeted support as they are working through the material. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? What do you like best about GUIDEcx? Being able to get different projects that show all the tasks required to onboard a customer based on their type. Also able to use this tool for different work types to help with the customers' needs. What do you like best about GUIDEcx? We loved the client-facing emails that allow for them to mark completion or if they're stalled, that feeds into the system. It is also very similar to what we had but has more bells and whistles that allow for clients to see 'at a glance' their progress and what is outstanding, along with capacity planning.
