What do you like best about GUIDEcx? GuideCx helped cut our implementation time in half by providing easy-to-use and customer-focused software that is highly adoptable. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? That we are not able to create custom reports on our own. What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you? "Great tool, a little slow to use"
What do you like best about GUIDEcx? Since signing up with GuideCX our onboarding process has become more formalized and created transparency for our internal team as well as the customers. Message automation and custom fields are the most important fields for us. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? What do you like best about GUIDEcx? Very helpful for myself and my customers in staying organized with our projects. I love that customers can contribute to tasks. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? What do you like best about GUIDEcx? They were very quick to assist me, even in the evening hours. They were polite and super helpful. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? There was nothing to dislike from the support team. What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?
