What do you like best about GUIDEcx? It has helped tremendously with inter-department communication and is also a valuable training tool for new hires. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? The only downside would be the lack of ability to customize the views. What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you? Communication, organization and standardization.

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? I really like the user interface and the ease of us of the product as well as the flow of going through daily tasks and project management. "Love using guide cx however we would like to be able to organize attachments"
What do you like best about GUIDEcx? I love being able to see where every project is and incorporating the tasks for the employees. It helps make sure the project is moving forward correctly! What do you like best about GUIDEcx? It's simple and easy to understand and build projects. The collaboration built within GuideCX is a huge benefit for a Project Manager. You create your project; add team members; and you can easily assign all customer tasks by checking one option. What do you like best about GUIDEcx? Easy access to their customer service team helps with optimization and continuing efficiency in customer onboarding. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? Some of the workflows require a significant amount of clicks to navigate. What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you? They are working on a more efficient integration with Jira. They also take feedback and consider it part of future iterations of their product.
