What do you like best about GUIDEcx? The tool helps me track all of my project metrics in one place, from task scheduling to reporting and project status. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? Some days, the pages take a while to render. What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you? Our consultants can prioritize their tasks, across multiple projects, based on due and project end dates, which saves our PMs time and removes need to micro manage

"Really successful onboarding experience with great communication"
What do you like best about GUIDEcx? I really like the unlimited number of contributors we can add. Helps with future partnerships that we may have, What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? I have to pay for the resource management feature, wish it was included in our package. What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you? Resource allocation and management. I like how everyone is able to receive notifications for tasks even if they are just being added as watchers.

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? GuideCX has allowed us to standardize our onboarding process. Before we started using it, every CSM had their own way of onboarding customers. Another benefit is that the customers can see exactly what they need to do. We have a complex software that is never fully set up because there is always more to improve. What do you like best about GUIDEcx? I like the way GCX shows the Projects view with needful information, such as Status, Start, End and Forecasted date. This makes our life, as PMs, easier and fun. What do you like best about GUIDEcx? I don't care for guide CX at all. I am the manager of an onboarding team, and we use it daily, but I haven't seen a single product enhancement in over 2-3 years.
