What do you like best about GUIDEcx? We use GUIDEcx for tracking the onboarding process for our SaaS customers. Onboarding our customers is very custom and GUIDEcx offers a lot of flexibility in setting up tasks for tracking our projects. The customer service is top notch!! "So far, so great."

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? Intuitive layout for setting up a template. 1:1 meetings with a trainer to make sure our template is set up correctly. And we can email via GuideCX if we have questions between meetings. An integration specialist making sure we have everything we need to connect Hubspot has been great, too. "Great Team, Great experience with application flow"

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? Notifications for multiple actions. Keeping both parties updated and involved. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? Nothing as such, But system slowness times. What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you? The best part is notifications across action items. Facilitates PM tasks.

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? The overall premise of GuideCX. Customer engagement and visibility.
