Worth the cost!

Time saving organizing app
Very user friendly, once you go through the phone call training sessions. This app has enabled my property manager and I (owner) to change over several long term rentals into more profitable vacation rentals while still maintaining great communication with guests and organization with cleaning/turnover Staff.

It's been a revelation
I considered moving to Guesty a bold move as it required a leap of faith. Whilst we encountered some issues during the transition (inevitably), the support from Guesty was fantastic and continues to be such. It has streamlined our operations to the tune of at least 1/1.5 hours a day which, over the course of a year is not to be underestimated. It's also reduced the stress associated with possible double bookings and scheduling the cleaning teams etc. I could only recommend it (and do!).
