Overall amazing product, great staff and user friendly

We had some major issues getting started, felt really unsupported by the channel trainer until we brought in management. Since then, they helped with additional training, issues with booking channels and have been a lifesaver as far as managing our calendar. The calendar is very handy

The calendar is very handy. The rentals united connection makes things a lot easier with connecting to other channels. The analytics could have more reports and graphs and adding expenses to make a p&l could be very useful. Sending e-mails with attachments also would be useful. The mobile app needs a multi calendar as well.

Easy to use and helpful support. Onboarding was fairly straight forward with helpful assistance from their support. It is nice to reduce the amount of portals I need to log in to in order to manage our (small non-business) B&B. Almost everything can be handled from inside Guesty. Along with credit card payments on website bookings, we also got the ability to charge manually created bookings via credit card with the Stripe-integration.
