This system is absolutely a lifesaver
This system is absolutely a lifesaver, we can concentrate all of our properties and be able to provide an excellent service, you can customize your templates, even make them in two languages, Theis service, and guidance were spotless, Gal was our trainer and I can tell you that he is patient, detailed and has solved every single question. I recommend Guesty to anyone that wants to improve their vacation rentals.

This software has so much potential but…
This software has so much potential but the bugs are killing us. We have only been a client for two months but are regularly having issues with messages from VRBO not showing in our Guesty inbox. Airbnb messages not showing. Bugs that prevent us from being able to update the cleaning fees. For some reason our integration with Airbnb is down right now and it will take 48 hours for their developers to look into it. Sometimes to solve problems the developers have to update our listings for us ...

Automated responses to bookings, enables credit card payments via Stripe, easy overview of bookings and connecting multiple booking websites easily, as well as keeping information uniform on all booking websites automatically. Also generates a booking website for our own website. Absolutely love their Multicalendar. Gives a great overview of current bookings. Can't really think of anything bad. They are a scam
They are a scam, we cancelled 5 listings in Guesty and had our new host manager create new listings, somehow Guesty was able to import one of the new listing without our consent and then kept charging us commission on cancelled bookings on the unauthorised listing. They still charged us even when we had deactivated all the PMS features.

Phenomenal service and support
Phenomenal service and support, no matter what time of day or night. Guesty's team are progressive, helpful and interested. Not the most inexpensive option in the market, but definitely the best. They have assisted us in exponentially growing our occupancy and revenue, and more than pay for itself.

Been using Guesty for almost 2 years now and have been largely pleased with the experience.
