Do not believe the hype, scammers who take your money and give you no way to contact anyone live

There is nothing that could have made my experience with Guesty worse. I was lied to from the beginning about the capabilities of the software--I had a very specific need and of course checked before purchasing if Guesty could do it. I was told "definitely! of course" Only to find out after making the purchase that it wasn't possible. Guesty = AMAZING

After trying for so long to figure how to run my growing bussiness I ran into Guesty and eversince I have a constant smile on my face. Guesty's end-to-end serivce allows me to sleep better at night, knowing that they have my back and for that I would be forever greatfull.

We LOVE Guesty! Team and Teamwork!!

We LOVE Guesty!! We always hear ourselves say that "if it wasn't for Guesty, we wouldn't be in this business". A rep is always there - 24/7 - and this has made all the difference for us in the running of our business and the taking care of our guests. The services that Guesty provides are amazing and you would be a fool to not utilize them 100%!! Team and teamwork!!!

"In my experence the guesty program need more information and reports "

What do you like best about Guesty? Is very faster and simple, and in the guesty program, i see pratic information of the apartment What do you dislike about Guesty? I dislike Thatcher you dont have many options for sales reports purchases What problems is Guesty solving and how is that benefiting you? It has the benefit that i can verify reservations of each apartment and It is especific data such as stays, means of reservations comments

"A good experience for organization "

What do you like best about Guesty? I like the organization, you can use all your platforms for vacacional rentals What do you dislike about Guesty? O don’t like that you can’t use in the computer and in the cellphone at the same time What problems is Guesty solving and how is that benefiting you? The good thing is that I can use only guesty for all the utilities in the differents platforms like messages, reservations, etc.

Average Resolution time 2 weeks. Extremely difficult to work with, feel unimportant as a small business

Update: As of March 7th, 2020, nothing in the previous update has been resolved. Update: As of December 4th 2019, Homeaway and TripAdvisor are integrations are not fully functioning, with Guesty not pushing Security Deposits to HomeAway, and TripAdvisor not registering as paid within Guesty. While I was able to receive a higher quality of support after including several managers and executives in my emails, Guesty's current average resolution time is 2 WEEKS. Terrible customer service!!!

Terrible customer service!!! We tried to enquire as we wanted to register for the service and we had no support 5thwy refused to give us a demo because we did not have listings on board as yet. This makes no sense as we own a large real estate company and we wanted to set up the short term system before bringing people across to short term and they still would not show us the system until we had 4 properties on board????

Guesty has allowed me to fully…

Guesty has allowed me to fully automated and manage my vacation rentals. I'm a 1 man show and it has allowed me to be able to send messages to my cleaners, outside vendors, and my guests without any work. I also love the integrations and the ability to manage my rentals better.
