Terrible!!!!

Terrible!!!! Guesty lock features through Airbnb and then you can’t change them in Guesty so you have to lodge a support ticket for them to change it. What’s worse is that they don’t even do it correctly. I’ve lost bookings because of Guesty as we have a 5 bedroom house that sleeps 12 and they have it listed as bedding configuration in one bedroom??? Powerful tool for Property Managers

We are working more than a year with Guesty and we beleive that the services helped us take the lead on the market. We had rise up from 89 properties to 250 in this one year and we had seen a huge improvement on the system and the mobile up that help us grow more and more day after day.

Gusty allows me to host effectively and…

Gusty allows me to host effectively and efficiently. I have been using Guesty for over 4 years to manage my short-term rentals. I have been able to accomplish much more with much less time due to their service. They have an excellent product that is constantly improving. They are receptive to feedback and when issues due arise are quick to address them. I wouldn't be able to run the business I do without their help!
