Overall very good tool

Guesty is an all-round tool for vacation rentals and pretty good at that. You can set up auto-messages, auto-payments, auto-tasks for staff and connect to channels like Airbnb, booking, homeaway and Rentals United. They have developed many improvements over the years which are great for vacation rental owners. It is not perfected for homesharing purposes regarding smart auto-tasks but we have seen many efforts to accommodate our needs in the past.

Guesty is a powerful tool to help you…

Guesty is a powerful tool to help you scale your business. I manage 31 by myself with 10 more on the way shortly. While no software is going to do everything perfectly for your model, Guesty beats the rest by far. The exciting part about Guesty is that they are always improving their offerings. I’m very excited about growing with Guesty as I know they will continue to get better and better. My rep is also very quick to help me w any needs. I definitely recommend Guesty above the rest.

Very good tool to manage short term…

Very good tool to manage short term rentals. We have had some problems during the implementation (back on 2017) which I believe now they have solved. But it is an excellent tool for the daily business.

I used guest a few years ago and after…

I used guest a few years ago and after 6 months I cancelled my membership because I couldn't justify the money I was paying for the service I was getting. 3 years later (this February) they randomly helped themselves to 375 GBP. I am so lucky I spotted this. It took a while for them to refund the money, but what is most disappointing is that I was given no explanation of why this mistake occurred and what they will do to ensure it won't happen again. Guesty has non existent customer…

Guesty has non existent customer support. There is no line to call. You have to lodge a support ticket via e-mail to get help. Even with this they do not respond for days, and when they do it is a complete mess. They even lied to me about trying to call me and saying my mailbox was full (its always empty) or the phone was always busy (hey, its 2020, we all know that doesn't happen any more). STAY AWAY! This is the buggiest software platform ever, and TERRiBLE customer service. I have been a Guesty customer for well over 2 years. I am a property manager for multiple short term rentals and also run/manage many in my own account. I have to say, I cannot believe how absolutely irresponsible this company is with respect to their customer base.
