We’ve been with Guesty over a year now…

We’ve been with Guesty over a year now with about 25 properties. We find it’s functionality suits the way we run our operations. Like the live chat function. Having direct contact to an account manager has definitely improved our experience and trouble shooting. Thanks team!

Best property management software, hands down!

Absolutely wonderful! We use Guesty on a daily basis to manage our 400+ properties across different countries. Their features make it so easy to manage multiple accounts across different OTAs. If you're looking to streamline your processes, Guesty is the way to go. Their features are amazing but what's even better is their customer support!

Guesty has made us a better company

We have been using Guesty for the past few years, although I wish I had known about them earlier.After manually processing 30+ properties for so long, its been like going from night to day. Like any change it takes a while and some effort to learn and feel comfortable, but it is now paying benefits.For us the automation and pricing features have been Guestys strength, but with out a doubt it's customer service is where it shines.

Great customer experience and brilliant service!

I have seen a vast improvement in Guesty with the presence of Frosina and Yoav being in Australia. The product itself is a brilliant product but I feel that it could have an improvement with extra spending on the software itself. The customer service has been above and beyond and Frosina has always been extremely supportive of our company. I would thoroughly recommend Guesty and I would love to see the improvements that come forward in the future

Excellent customer support. Great reporting and automation capabilities.

Excellent customer support. 24/ 7 service and super user-friendly interface. We are super happy and we hope to be able to work with them further ahead. they are working on their Direct Expedia integration which was the only thing we had trouble with. Apart from this, their customer support is beyond imaginable. Especially helpful trough the COVID-19 outbreak. We would love to see the multi-calendar improved in the future and eventually more visual options for the reporting systems diagrams ...
