Guesty is easily the most reliable PMS

Guesty is easily the most reliable when it comes to customer assistance. The team is always rapidly available to assist you with questions or even extra things that need to be done in the back end to make your life easier. It is a complete PMS with all the main features, and they are always improving and guiding its users to the best next feature

Guesty is a great PMS software solution for our needs and a huge improvement from our old outdated software we used to use. Nice interface and very user friendly, with new features being added all the time.

Guesty is a user friendly tool with a Great Customer Success Manager!

Guesty is a user friendly tool. Guesty's help center is very informative. Easy to use rental software. Plus I have Jerome Jutzi, Guesty's Senior Customer Success Manager, who has helped me in difficult situations. He made sure that all my concerns will be addressed in a timely manner.

"Guesty is in breach of it's own contract."

What do you like best about Guesty? Communication for several accounts all in one place. What do you dislike about Guesty? According to the contract there is a minimum fee of 3 dollar for each reservation and if a reservation is cancelled the commission is based on the host pay out. I found out Guesty is charging me 3 dollar for every cancelled reservation altough the host pay out is 0. A cancelled reservation is no longer a reservation and there fore the minimum fee does not apply. Guesty ...

Guesty in breach of contract

Guesty is in breach of it's own contract. According to the contract there is a minimum fee of 3 dollar for each reservation and if a reservation is cancelled the commission is based on the host pay out. Best for hospitality management

PROS: Guesty offers everything in one place for hospitality management CONS: Their team is on Israel so coming up with a common time for training is a bit difficult.
