We transitioned to Guesty from another Property Management System (PMS) 5 months ago, and while there is a lot to appreciate about the system, the customer service experience has been deeply disappointing. Our implementation felt rushed from the very beginning. On the day of setup, we were informed that it might take some time for the system to load everything. The worst company ever! Fraud! They took deposit 800 euro for a house and they never returned them for no reason till a chased them legally. STAY AWAY!

Absolute horrific software and support.

Absolute horrific software and support. Completely overpriced as well, but that is not my biggest issue. Their software and API are extremely buggy and will fail randomly. Support will waste days of your time giving back solutions that make no sense (one even suggested "sleep for 5-25 seconds between these two requests if you are experiencing issues" and are at best completely irrelevant to the issue you are experiencing. I have yet to see any improvement in over a year of working ...

We signed up with Guesty a few months…

We signed up with Guesty a few months ago. We approved the "instant bookings" setting. Guesty does NOT wait for any credit card approvals or denials, BUT even before running the card for the rental, sends out the entry instructions. Last weekend we had this happen and again this weekend. Even before the card was run, Guesty gave out the entry instructions. Then they ran the card two hours after booking was received (info provided by Guesty) and it was denied because the card was as reported ...
