Wonderful Account Manager
Taylor at Guesty is a fantastic account manager, always willing to go the extra mile--smart, attentive, and genuinely enjoys helping her clients. I've been using the software since…
I've been using the software since December and I'm having all sorts of problems, mainly with booking rates and downloading data. The rates I set in Guesty are booked via platforms at different rates? When I download data to invoice my owners monthly I can't trust the data as some of it is missing, so have to check it line by line. I cannot speak to anyone and I find this really frustrating. Very good software
I tried another software before this and it was much harder to use than this one. This was extremely easy to learn and navigate. I had a few questions in the beginning and the customer service I received was impeccable.

Guesty has been an amazing PMS for Misfit Homes in Nashville

"Great interface on the FE and BE compared to other products, but lacking some integrations"
What do you like best about Guesty? Guesty has an excellent, user-friendly interface for internal and external customers. We found it simple when onboarding new team members to maneuver within the platform. Compared to other competitor products, it's generally a more friendly UX. What do you dislike about Guesty? Taylor Was Phenomenal
Guesty has been a one stop shop for us. It makes our teams experience much easier and listing on all platforms a breeze. We love that they are adding new features and always improving. Support service is amazing
Support service is amazing. In general the tool is great and to be honest, as a professional host (+500 units), we need even more features but this platform is always improving so we are not planning any PMS changes any soon.
