Not only is there a responsive support team, savvy developers, and a great user interface, but also we have a dedicated account manager (Taylor) that has been integral to our success. You can tell she truly cares about our company, and that is something so rare these days. Highly recommend Guesty in every way.

Great Customer Support

Guesty customer support is what makes it great. No software can be perfect when trying to interface with multiple platforms, and websites, but they always try to find fixes to new situations that crop up. There are so many moving parts and permutations that mean things are always evolving. Our Account manager Sarah Shultz has always been on hand to talk us through our business expansion, and help overcome the technological challenges we faced.

What do you like best about Guesty? Easy to use. Great for direct bookings. Incredible integrations with 3rd party products. Love the universal Inbox. Great add-ons available. Guesty is an excellent tool for managing your STR. There are many functions that make it easy to manage your business. I seem to find something new and helpful the longer I work in the software. My rep is easily accessible providing great insight to help us grow. Support staff quickly resolves any issues that I’ve had. Definitely recommend giving this software a go.
