Everything about our experience has been GREAT, from Jon (Israel) and his onboarding training, to Zoila our CSR that always has an open ear for us and always makes herself available for any hurdle. We could not be happier to have made this choice and can recommend Guesty to anybody looking for a property management program.

Great but can improve
It has been great so far! I'd love to have this platform updated, as sometimes the messages arrive in my inbox with a few minutes' delay.

The cost of the product is too high
The cost of the product is too high. There is no local support line to ring. All extra features come at an additional cost for an already expensive product. New features are developed before existing software is fixed. Some parts of the application are challenging to navigate.

Works fairly well but has problems
Overall I find Guesty makes keeping track of our day to day business easier. However during the setup process we got numerous bookings that were either fraudulent and couldn't be cancelled or bookings that we didn't want, e.g. 1 night stays on a Saturday night when we wanted a 3 day minimum. The Help centre was frankly abysmal trying to rectify it, with scores of emails getting a different person each time not solving the problem. We still can't get same day bookings, I've given up on that ...
