Best desktop and mobile wallet app; I would rate 4.5 but not available : -exchange fees are a bit too hight +Support is realy kind and reactive +Design is smart and aesthetic +Cryptos available are nice but would be nicer if you add more !

VERY USEFUL!!
VERY USEFUL!!! Good UI/UX! I had previously written a bad review complaining about high BTC to XMR exchange fees and some other issues, but I now see that having all your wallets in one place actually. saves money since I don't have to spend a fortune in transaction fees sending my crypto all over the place to accomplish trans.

2.5 Hours for an exchange, and crypto missing
This was the worst! I wanted the exchange done quickly as possible so I can use it in another crypto. It cost me around $300 today because it didn't transfer in a timely manner. The other day I exchanged and it cost me around $500. I have liked Guarda, but the exchange process must change. Guarda exchange is absolutely horrible. I have learned to hate it with a passion! This is the best I've found so far for a desktop app to use all my existing wallets together. Problems I've had: 1) occasionally, it seems to be slow to update balances from the blockchain(though this seems to be fixed with a relaunch of the app, if nothing else). 2) as far as I've tried, at least, purchasing crypto with a debit card through this app won't work(at least for smaller amounts that I would purchase).
