Normally reliable but this time, no Crypto
Normally reliable, but still waiting for an exchange I made over 16 hours ago via Guardarian to even appear in my history tab. Guarda support saying no idea when (or even if!) this will be resolved. Edit (08/09/22): Thanks for responding. Ticket number is 70538. Still no record of the transaction in my History tab. Edit (13/09/22) STILL NO CRYPTO AND NO UPDATES. IT'S BEEN A WEEK NOW SINCE THE MONEY LEFT MY ACCOUNT!

BEWARE! Lost funds and no support
I transferred ONT to stake on the platform and after a couple of rounds unstaked my coins. My ONT was never returned to my wallet. I have been emailing and chatting with support since Oct 30th. Today is Dec 6th and all support repeatedly says is the dev team is working on it. For over a month? Seems like another scam to me. If I do get my coins back I will be uninstalling this useless app! Do your homework. Update: Can't reply to your comment. Ticket #HS:2052533095-7308
