not THAT bad, but not good as would expect from the ads
not THAT bad, but far from being that highly-praised in reviews (paid ads?..). Doesn't leave you with a sense of reliability. VERY bad on communications, especially, once THEY hit a trouble, which YOU are made to pay for. Not once I've received "info" on their "promise" to get back to me once the y have any update. UPD / reply: You already have the ticket open. You, as usual, promised to “get back on it” yet, as usual again, you don’t. So, just a confirmation of a no-care practice, in my view.
