Terrible communication
The communication beetween support and dev team is terrible. ETH staking service is terrible, since shanghai no date yet for GETH > ETH redeem, every week it's next week, all other staking service have better communication with their consumer. I woiuld advise you to not use guarda for staking, but lido, bifrost or ankr Edit: they finally prove they are in capacity tu exchange Geth 1:1 Eth but the execution of this important step is not so good. Still no reward for 1st quarter of 2023 !

Guarda Cardano / ADA problems
Until fairly recently, I had very good experience with Guarda Wallet, considering it to be THE self-custodial wallet for Cardano (ADA) staking. I liked it even so much that I decided to stake all my ADA in Guarda's staking pool. However, since a month or so, I am unable to do anything with my funds: claim returns "failed claim", unstaking is not possible, sending it elsewhere is not possible. When I contact support, I just get "We will contact you as soon as we have update from dev team". ...
