i exchanged a small amount of crypto…

i exchanged a small amount of crypto for just enough bnb to pay the transaction fees for staking now coin i never got my bnb even though it says the transaction completed. i sent about 150 cardano to this wallet as a test and same story i never received my coin but can see the transactions. what is going on what if someone sends a large amount and the same thing happens to them ? good thing i was untrusting and tested the waters hopefully i get my coin back

Don't use this wallet

this app takes a good 2 minutes to even load your crypto (if it even does at all). I have been trying to send multiple coins (mainly SOL and DOT) to another wallet but there is always an error while sending... at this point I feel like my crypto is basicaly held hostage

Guarda, want me to put up a 25% of my own money into my wallet so as I can xfer my own $5320 from Ace pro Trades into the wallet? Theyare demanding 25% before they exept the transfer

Guarda support is iffy at best... it took a week and me burning 28$ worth of eth to get a solution.

Edit* My issue was FINALLY fixed... It only took me pitching a god damn fit like a 3 year old to get some attention and the issue elevated... I hate doing that but you gatta do what you gatta do to get some help sometimes. Anyway the fix... On the exchange page, the amount of Geth that is automatically put in there is wrong. You must enter in the exact amount of Geth that is displayed on the main wallet page. Nowhere does it say this... So yea for anybody else I hope this helps. Overall I ...

The claiming of earned crypto through staking is not being remitted to me as a Guarda customer, this has been ongoing for over two months, I will be removing my crypto soon.

Your not allowing me to claim my staked one, each time I claim it says that it was claimed but it is never showing up in my wallet, I have contacted customer support with zero replies to my concerns, if I am continually denied access to my claimed harmony one this will result in my withdrawing all of my crypto from Guarda, a reply to my concerns would at one point be greatly appreciated.
