It has everything that I expected from a good wallet,even it's beyond my expectations!it is safe,I did exchanged my ETH to Bitcoin on it with no problem,I have multi accounts with different currencies on it and...I really suggest it

Exchange ETH to WTC failed
Tried to exchange ETH to WTC. Status in history says finished, ETH coins are gone, but no WTC coins were received into the wallet. etherscan does not show any WTC transaction, only the outgoing ETH transaction. The coins seem to be lost. EDIT: With the help of the Guarda support team I could follow the error. There were no coins lost. But the exchange services in behind use the new mainnet WTC instead of the Guarda supported ERC20 type of WTC. Therefore the funds can not be managed with ...
