Update failure, support can think from the wallpaper to the plustering

While updating the app from Version 2.22.13 to 2.23.8 (both were provided on their website), the update stopped without a specific error message. The support blames me for getting the previous version (2.22.13) from an alternative app downloader that gets the apps directly from the Google Play Store. I can prove with a checksum comparison that it is exactly the same as in the Play Store, but the support obviously doesn't know what a checksum is. This already is a no-go. But the issue goes ...

Good but use another wallet for staking ONE

Overall, wallet is good and easy to navigate. Only issue i have which is preventing me giving 5* is the issue trying to stake my ONE coins, validator constantly inactive and wallet under maintenance thus missing out on staking rewards. At first i was told this was an issue on the app, but then it started on their web address and could see me not receiving anything. So in end after multiple days of validator being 'inactive' i decided to un-stake and look elsewhere. Shame really

The wallet is a waste ofeffort coins cannot be exchanged, and as far as im concerned its not secure, i lost 4000 ada during shelly upgrade, they take no responsibilty nor give good reason dishonesty should be shut down by sec or eu consumer protection, use binance , bitstamp any other eastern european anything cant be trusted
