What do you like best about Gryphon.ai? What I like best is the automatic call logging that allows for easy tracking and reporting. It also allows us to see the interaction with customers and prospects. This function is especially great for certifying leads and allowing new hires to be able to identify them.

What do you like best about Gryphon.ai? I like that the Sales Performance Dashboard provides real time views of agent activity. Having the ability to view daily, weekly and monthly activity in real time is a great coaching tool.
