Grow is an interesting idea, but it doesn't work for us

What do you like best? Grow charts look great, and they are relatively customizable. What do you dislike? We have issues with Grow not running overnight. The Chrome tabs crash, and require someone to go in, refresh the page, log into Grow again, and setup the chart presentation. Grow pushes updates sometimes that break our charts, or cause them to not display correctly. Which involves going back through and reconfiguring every chart. This is a great product to have an bird's eye view of what is happening in your company.

What do you like best? The ability to get quick support! I don't have to try to figure it out myself, there is always someone standing by to help out. What do you dislike? I wish there was a bit more customization with the graphs. The color choices are all kind of stale in my opinion. What do you like best? Without question, the customer support is the best feature of Grow. The assigned account manager walks you through all features and will help you build our your metrics and reports specifically to your business. What do you dislike?
