Grow dashboard saves me 2 hours per week

What do you like best? Great solution for tracking simple, straightforward metrics What do you dislike? Manipulating data from SaleforceIQ to create custom metrics in Grow has been difficult. Grow is an interesting idea, but it doesn't work for us

What do you like best? Grow charts look great, and they are relatively customizable. What do you dislike? We have issues with Grow not running overnight. The Chrome tabs crash, and require someone to go in, refresh the page, log into Grow again, and setup the chart presentation. Grow pushes updates sometimes that break our charts, or cause them to not display correctly. Which involves going back through and reconfiguring every chart. Great platform with easy customization and great pre-built metrics

What do you like best? Ease of use and great customer support. They are able to assist with customizing any aspect of the platform and they have a large number of pre-built template metrics that allow for quick and easy analysis What do you dislike? Sometimes the implementation of a new metric will require a slight amount of coding and sometimes there can be a lag in refresh but overall this is a great tool for aggregating and viewing data. A nice option to produce a snapshot of important activity.

What do you like best? Ease of use / clarity of output / integration of data / PDF output What do you dislike? Very slow display when using I.E. for viewing. Slick features, but imperfect execution

What do you like best? All the connections, and the pace of improvement. What do you dislike? Execution of all of those features is uneven. This is a great product to have an bird's eye view of what is happening in your company.

What do you like best? The ability to get quick support! I don't have to try to figure it out myself, there is always someone standing by to help out. What do you dislike? I wish there was a bit more customization with the graphs. The color choices are all kind of stale in my opinion. For instance, the pie chart only gives you an option to pick two colors and then it fades between the two. I'd like each part of the graph to be a different color which makes it easier to read.
