Standard features with a good user interface

What do you like best? web based, loads quickly, interfaces well with our ATS, nice user interface What do you dislike? we have had some issues with it not pulling data correctly. this may have been a configuration issue, but it is a critical issue with an analytics tool nonetheless What problems are you solving with the product?
