Free product that actually works and easy-to-use features for non-professionals

Well, after a lot of testing, I chose Grove HR for my company. The product is super easy to comprehend and execute, even for a non-professional like me. Just hire the 3 new employees by myself with the recruitment features, piece of cake. The free product they are offering should be enough for small business size. You can expect to spend a bit more on advanced stuff if your business is scaling up, but it would totally worth the price.

Grove HR eases our daily tasks

One of the great advantages of Grove HR digital portal was self service. Through the Grove HR mobile app, employees can sign their attendance using a QR code, request time-off, access directory and more. It saves valuable time on the back and forth as I can easily approve/reject time-off requests as well as track employees' attendance right from the app. The mobile app enables seamless communication and also improved engagements between employees and the HR department.

Best free HR platform for small businesses

The instant benefits we can see after using Grove HR is that we save a lot of time in compared to using Excel and spreadsheets to manage HR. Before, for leave requests, employees need to send the manager and HR an email and then wait for manager to reply to that email. Now, our employees just request on Grove HR and at the end of the month, we can collect that data easily. The same with hiring and data management.

Grove HR helps me save time, reduce manual work and boost productivity

What do you like best? Grove has helped save time during the interviewing process with lightning-fast candidate import, I need not worry about importing Candidate's CV one by one, I simply make use of the Upload CV in bulk feature, and then the CV parsing feature to find the right candidate while the system also keeps a database of past and current candidates profile. What do you dislike? Having to go back to Excel to manage general data and then the onboarding process isn't that clear so ...

What do you like best? I like the recruitment page feature a lot. What do you dislike? The software doesn't seem to have plugins or extensions but that's probably because it's new. They're probably in development What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This software has helped Palindrome streamline the hiring process.

Great HR solution with a local twist!

What do you like best? Its interface, structure and features are amazing, smooth & user-friendly. What do you dislike? Some features are not developed in details for medium & big-sized corporations that need more micro management information. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Timesheets, payroll, internal HR news & employee profile.

It reduced my time in HR Services.

What do you like best? Attendance system as per the application. What do you dislike? Without line manager editing the profile is not possible as of my knowledge. Recruitment, core HR, onboarding on the spot

What do you like best? Now, all our recruitment activities are executed in Grove HR. We have our own career page, job board integration and customized hiring flow. Not to mention the Hiring Team feature, my team and I have been able to collaborate and further scrutinize our candidates without having to leave the platform! What do you like best? One thing I love about this company is the customer service. They are extremely responsive to all my inquiries and even adjusts the product to fit my company’s needs. What do you like best? The friendly and beautiful UI is what attracts me first. Then, recruitment features are really efficient and powerful by allowing us to upload and manage candidate data in one place, work with team members online so it helps to speed up the interview process.
