Great tool for sales
What do you like best? We have been using groove for around 5 years and it has helped us lots in our day to day activities. I highly recommend this tool for sales reps!
What do you like best? I like that the tool syncs with Salesforce under the appropriate opportunity and contact What do you dislike? sometimes the sync with salesforce is slow What problems are you solving with the product? Groove helps me manage more accounts successfully.
What do you like best? So many features I love about Groove! The most important is that I can create reports in Salesforce that link to Groove and feeds accounts into a Groove flow that need attention. Greatest Product Ever
What do you like best? Where do I even start!? Flows, calendar syncing, Gmail integration! The list is endless! I use groove almost daily to increase efficiency in my workday. What do you dislike? There really isn't much to dislike. The platform is intuitive and there is always something new coming out that is very helpful. Groove is a game changer!
What do you like best? 3 items stand out, the ability to know if someone has opened/clicked an email, the scheduler function and the fact that it auto-logs my task into Salesforce. What do you dislike? When sending the scheduler link, the title is a required field and I wish I could have a default title input. What do you like best? Groove meets the needs for most of the initiatives you're looking to achieve on the BDR front and Sales side. There's a lot of competition in this space so features are usually what sets the software apart and support. Groove's Customer Success team is the best I've seen from software vendors. What do you like best? I use it mainly to find out which prospects are the most suitable and which are the most potential. The Groove templates are great and easy to use in emails as an outlet. Simply the Best Engagement Platform
What do you like best? Groove is easy to set up, easy to use, easy to configure, and is powerful. It uses your existing Salesforce data rather than syncing data between 2 databases, which DRAMATICALLY reduces sync errors / issues. Groove helps streamline my communication with clients
What do you like best? It's easy and intuitive to use and figure out on my own. It helps me streamline email comms and cut down a tremendous amount of time by templatizing emails that I send over and over throughout my day/week. What do you dislike?
