Groove Helping Us Keep It All Together

What do you like best? My MDR team and sales org work closely together. This solution we recently trialed and decided to go with is making that easier and easier. Groove is allowing us to track the flow of outbound efforts, and coordinate among teams, account by account, a much more account based marketing approach. What do you dislike? Nicest tool for sales team

What do you like best? I like a lot of things about Groove. But most of all, I like how much time I save from manually following and filling up activities on Sales Force. Most of the activities are registered by Groove automatically. It makes my life so much easier. What do you dislike? Follow up of clients to create business opportunities.

What do you like best? We use Groove in all our sales teams to manage and maintain communication with our customers before and after the sale. We liked very much the fact that it is an efficient and easy to use tool. My co-workers and I enjoy how simple it is to follow up and involve the customer in the sales process. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Automation, easy to use and able to share the template to the team. What do you dislike? Not able to personalize title yet, and best if the platform could suggest where can I improve my Groove process. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lifesaver

What do you like best? I love that Groove is so seamless in it's integration with Salesforce. Our company uses it to maintain a record of all email correspondence with our dealers. What do you dislike? I do have issues sometimes with logging a reference case, in which, it does not pull the correct info to link over to Salesforce. I have to back out and start over. Great foundation- not yet optimized for Outlook

What do you like best? The ease of use of the tool is fantastic. Creating, modifying, and actioning on Sales Sequences is as easy as possible. Getting a new rep up to speed doesn't take multiple sessions- one will do. What do you dislike? It is not optimized YET for Outlook. While the tool does work- they will admittedly tell you that it was invented with GMail in mind. So you will find things that do not work seamlessly in Outlook. What do you like best? I like that groove allows for interface with other programs and also the calendar scheduler link has made it much easier to schedule time with individuals outside of my organization. The integration with Sales force to create cases as an extension is also very useful. Excellent tool for managing my leads

What do you like best? The ability to develop/share flows is a functionality that all team members can use and the advanced triggers functionality that pulls data from Salesforce allows your more tech savvy sales team members to really develop some smart lead management techniques.
