What do you like best? I can send a link to prospect to schedule an appointment. I can use templets and put people in "Flows" What do you dislike? I wish I can pull up the "Due" tasks for each flow that I have from my Gmail account instead of going to the Groove website to see what is due What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Following up is seamless, nothing gets lost, everything is organized

Makes life SO much easier!

What do you like best? I've tried many other workflow solutions out there and Groove is by far the easiest to use of all. What do you dislike? Nothing it honestly has every feature and more What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to book way more meetings as a sales rep because I can keep in consistent touch with my accounts.

A great Sales & Productivity integration tool with Salesforce

What do you like best? I like the appointment scheduler, activity dashboard, workflow automation and that you can create accounts/leads/contacts directly from your gmail. Groove helps a lot with e-mails

What do you like best? what I like most is the calendar integrated with Google. What do you dislike? connecting directly from the groove is something that sometimes fails to connect What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I optimized my time because now I don't have to keep putting my appointments in the agenda and in salesforce, as he integrates he does it alone.

HUGE Time Saver!! LIFE SAVER!!!

What do you like best? My favorite so far is the fact that Groove will document for me in Salesforce. Even if I forget to log it, I can always go back and log it and it is THERE!! Super easy! What do you like best? The ability to create marketing campaigns and manage prospecting communications. What do you dislike? When using the Groove plug-in to log Gmail correspondence to accounts/contacts etc in Salesforce, it can take a while to find the entry you are searching for. Meets Needs

What do you like best? Groove has a calendar scheduler similar to calendly that works very well (Its confusing to some but those are also challenged by all technology) and its basic functionality works well once you get the hang of it. I wouldn't say its the most intuitive app, but for a basic SDR, it definitely gets the job done. What do you dislike? I don't want to work without it!

What do you like best? I like the Templates and the ability to add emails to SF seamlessly. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything that I do not like about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is a time saver for me! The Templates prevent me from having to retype standard emails I write daily. Being able to use Groove to easily log emails into Sales Force speeds up my activities and provides accountability.
