What do you like best? Integration with SFDC & keeps track of everything. What do you dislike? Nothing much really, sometimes it is slow, maybe because of connection or updates Recommendations to others considering the product: Just sign up, it will be worth it in the long run What problems are you solving with the product? This is the best sales software available on the market

What do you like best? Flows. Flows allow me to maintain all outreach strategies. Increible. What do you dislike? Sorting/filtering of flows. What do you like best? I can send a link to prospect to schedule an appointment. I can use templets and put people in "Flows" What do you dislike? I wish I can pull up the "Due" tasks for each flow that I have from my Gmail account instead of going to the Groove website to see what is due What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The automated email flows save me so much time, and are unparalleled. What do you dislike? I wish it was a little easier to collaborate with teammates on groove flows. What do you like best? Powerful tools to help build and execute disciplined outreach and contact campaigns. Template tools increase productivity but allow for creativity and repurposing. Great Sales Tool

What do you like best? I like how groove can track emails, while simultaneously logging them into SalesForce. What do you dislike? If groove could send notifications after someone opens an email more than once that would be cool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Groove helps me keep track of which leads I have reached out to.

Groove Capability

What do you like best? I love using groove to help me track my emails, and give me notifications for when people open their email. This helps me communicate with potential clients much easier. What do you dislike? Connecting groove to salesforce can be a challenge if you're unfamiliar with salesforce. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting emails tracked and knowing what customers are very interested versus what aren't.

Makes life SO much easier!

What do you like best? I've tried many other workflow solutions out there and Groove is by far the easiest to use of all. What do you dislike? Nothing it honestly has every feature and more What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to book way more meetings as a sales rep because I can keep in consistent touch with my accounts.

What do you like best? The ease of use is wonderful, and the ability to quickly log emails to multiple accounts makes work a lot easier. What do you dislike? Groove often fails to recognize contacts saved in Salesforce, and will allow you to log emails to some business accounts, but not all. Get in the groove

What do you like best? Very easy to store email templates & book meetings with prospects. What do you dislike? That there is no integration with Zoom meetings. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saves me time when trying to prospect and set meetings. Makes emailing prospects seamless, and allows me to see when someone opens one of my emails so I can reach out.
