Great addition that makes my life easier every day

Great sales enablement tool!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Ability to track email opens, auto reminders to follow up with unanswered emails, goove flows for prospecting. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The only thing I can think of was a bug with the groove dialer tool but it seems to have been fixed. Calling with Groove!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Allows user to stay in a workflow without getting disctracted bouncing between email inbox / dialer / CRM (Salesforce, in our case). What aspects are problematic or could work better? Very small things are sometimes buggy, like the view when selecting a list of contacts to call. Great tool for salespeople!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There are a lot of great things to say about Groove. I love the ability to store email templates and easily add prospects to campaign flows, so I don't have to worry about anyone falling through the cracks. I also love the ability to send reminders that go right to my inbox if they don't respond! What aspects are problematic or could work better? I constantly use Groove nowadays!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The ability to seamless move from my G-Mail to Salesforce is helpful as an Inside Sales associate. Before I had Groove I had to go through the painful process of opening and linking to Salesforce to seek out a contact to seize the opportunity or acquire a lead. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Groove makes room for a simple and handy UI. It makes sure our users can be heard and their suggestions are taken into consideration. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Groove is super easy. It comes with a clean UI. This allows for quick and efficient communication with customers. It allows for multi-user access. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The only issue that I came across is its search functionality. It's a pain to be familiar with. A help desk platform that looks sleek and handy.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Very lightweight. All features are usable. We were able to get things started within a couple hours. It was intuitive to have everything set up.
