Great Experience
What do you like best? I love how easy it is to build email templates for all to use. It is time efficient and professional. What do you dislike? I have not had a negative experience with Groove. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Some benefits are time management, professional and very handy for on-boarding individuals to the team that will be utilizing emails.

What do you like best? The capacity to make diverse lines of informing for the different enterprises and partners I pitch to and robotize a decent segment of my business cycle. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I personally love giving my clients the opportunity to have their input regarding scheduling appointments with me. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Logging emails seems to be a little bit glitchy at the moment, and I find that I have to manually log a few, but not too many. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I find extremely useful the email analytics, open/clicked-on links and replies. It's extraordinary useful information for me and my sales team in order to achieve customer success, and manage performance metrics. Great tool for B2B lead Management and Automation!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Groove is a great tool to connect to SFDC while working within Gmail. All the emailed could be automatically logged into SFDC without any manual work Flows could be created to make lead qualification process much easier. Now you can also view linked in information directly from the groove panel on gmail so you'd gain more information on the propsects while answering emails without ever changing screens. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Creating templates for common responses is a great way to stay efficient in correspondence and track who's opening those emails. Having visibility on open and click rates is a great way to know if your message is resonating. Also, the ability to sync communication with Salesforce is fantastic for CRM. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Ability to quickly mass target and touch contacts within our accounts What aspects are problematic or could work better? Some trouble editing "copied" flows. Time-consuming trying to manipulate to allow edits. Sometimes groove emails that are sent out to clients arrive in inboxes with distorted fonts and paragraphs. Groove was the perfect tool I needed to add on my belt
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is super easy to use, integrates beautifully with G-Mail and Salesforce and allowed me to easily scale my outreach efforts. I gain at least an hour each day back not having to log notes directly in salesforce.
