Groove makes my job easier

What do you like best? My favorite part is the groove scheduler so there is now back and forth scheduling. Calls can be scheduled right on my calendar. What do you dislike? Nothing really! The only glitch I have seen is that sometimes when I open am email I sent to someone it Mark's it as read even though the other person hasn't opened it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling, tracking emails per person within salesforce.

Best tool ever

What do you like best? I love this tool because it makes my life easier! No need to copy everything to transmit information to other services! What do you dislike? Nothing I like every services that Groove proposed! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With Groove no need to recopy what I wrote or send by email. Its logges and every services in the company can have access to it. It's time saving!

What do you like best? I love that it saves me a lot of time. It's easy to use and it really boosts my productivity. What do you dislike? There is nothing to dislike. Groove does 90% of the work for me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saves time, and ensures same quality for everyone I contact.

It allows for convenient, quick communication.

What do you like best? You are still able to personalize and change each of the emails however you like. What do you dislike? I dislike the limited templates that we have, that might be a company issue. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like how simple it is to use, and how accessible it makes communicating to all people. It speeds up the process of reaching out to people, yet it still makes it personable.

Great tool which saves a lot of time

What do you like best? Groove sales a lot of time when communicating with prospects and automates a lot of my tasks. What do you dislike? Nothing that I can think of. I would love to have a personal voicemail on Groove Dialer but that would be it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Controlling the sales cycle and communication flow. It also helps to prioritize and speed up the process.

Easy to use and very useful

What do you like best? My favorite part about groove is being able to hit the "reminder" button in my email which reminds me to finish a task that I was working on through email. Easy and Accessible

What do you like best? Groove allows me plan my week thoroughly. I auto-time my emails days in advance, monitor my productivity with the performance data, and I can monitor the amount of clicks on emails. What do you dislike? My workflow has improved using Groove.

What do you like best? emailing tracking, who has opened my emails and then they have opened them. This helps with call flow and follow up. I have an idea of who is interested in what I am offering.
