Easy to use way to Automate sales and prospects activities

What do you like best? Easy of use and integration with Salesforce and Gmail is great. What do you dislike? No downsides at all - as long as your sync with Salesforce and email are set up correctly. Easy log all customer communication to salesforce.

What do you like best? Excellent software, integrates with gmail and auto logs all customer communication to salesforce. It's very easy to search and manually add if the customer uses another email address or their web developer emails.
