I use Groove daily, mostly to check who viewed my emails

What do you like best? THe best thing is tracking my emails and logging them into the salesforce . I also daily check who viewed my emails so I can decide based on that who is interested in product. Love the shortcuts for sending already made emails. What do you dislike? Sometimes it registers when I open email that I send like somebody else viewed. Easy to use and very user friendly

What do you like best? The integration between gmail and groove is fantastic. I am able to access and create templates very quick and easy. Nice and smooth

What do you like best? I like the fact that it tracks emails and fill the blanks. it's definitely useful when it comes to interacting with salesforce and being able to see email sent to better understand the customer's concern. What do you dislike? I wish the notification was more interactive and reminders were more developed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Usually emails and tracking customers.

What do you like best? I like that groove allows for interface with other programs and also the calendar scheduler What do you dislike? I wish that when creating cases in salesforce from emails it pulled over the info What problems are you solving with the product? Love Groove! Makes my life SO much easier!

What do you like best? -allows me to connect with all of my students in an easy and efficient way! What do you dislike? -wish students on the other end had the opportunity to cancel meetings What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Reminders on following up as well as the ability to schedule email sends makes productivity more manageable. What do you dislike? Makes work easier

What do you like best? I have every one of my layouts and updates helpful to me when going to email my customers. The simplicity of making/altering email formats is incredibly useful for my work forms, as I have a great deal of monotonous correspondence with various customers. What do you like best? I like how the Groove app brings everything together like my calendar and my salesforce. What do you dislike? I don't really have any dislikes about it.
