What do you like best? I use Groove for : calls from salesforce, checking emails opening, my agenda links to schedule meetings easily... These 3 tools are very useful What do you dislike? Quality of calls sometimes bad, but not very often Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely use it ! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time earning in scheduling meetings and in not dialing numbers

What do you like best? Reminders! Templates! Tracking emails and activity history! I also like setting emails to be sent at a later date. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The integration is used to pull tough to track email data into other tools like Churnzero. I also love the scheduling features such as sending an email later (yes Google has that now, but I always used Groove first) and the calendar integration. What do you dislike?
