What do you like best? Very intuitive to use; integration to Salesforce are major pluses What do you dislike? How Groove helps my Outbound Sales Work

What do you like best? The platform itself is intuitive to use. I personally enjoy creating Flows. I find that it's easy to know what step I'm in for each prospect and account. I typically use the same "flow" to save on time. I copy the flow and then edit it appropriately for the account I'm going after. But overall I do not re-create the wheel. Great tool to aid your Salesforce sales

What do you like best? Lots of practical features. Ability to track prospect engagement, pulling up activity and notes at a glance in the Omnibar, automated email templates/outreach flows. Lots of little tools to make looking for information streamlined as well as helping manage your day to day tasks of outreach. Lastly, the support team is amazing. Great way to streamline all emails

What do you like best? I love how you can create flows that can reach several prospects or clients and there is still a way to make the email seem personalized. I also use the scheduling function within Groove to give the client options in my calendar and I do not have to do the back and forth about what times work best. Automatically sync salesforce data and checking on email click rate What do you dislike? click rate estimation is inaccurate for certain scenario - for example I receive postermaster reply saying this email is wrong but in Groove sometimes it still reflect this email is clicked. What do you like best? What is most helpful is the ability to automatically log correspondence to appropriate leads and entities. What do you dislike? There are really no downsides to using Groove. There are a large variety of tools available to take advantage of, depending on how extensive you would like to use Groove. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Goove allows me to efficiently log correspondence.

The only drawback I find is the quality of the call, it is only sometimes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Groove helps me on a day to day basis

What do you like best? the way it automates my emails when sending out in volume. The template feature is great and helps me streamline the way I work. What do you dislike? Sometimes the Dialler does not work correctly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to automate mass emails - template helps me with my top 10 accounts I'm prospecting too. Benefits - being able to send more emails and have more time to personalise them.
