What do you like best? Groove templates & flows help us collaborate across teams and scale well. What do you dislike? Groove reveals gaps in our SF data but that's actually a positive. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you need a solution for 1 to many, Groove can help through templates and Groove flows. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Groove is helping us scale through Groove templates and flows.

Great product!

What do you like best? Customer service/live chat is amazing and help article lookup is great and usually spot on for what I am looking for, What do you dislike? Changes with chrome can cause extension issues and require us to clear the cache fairly frequently. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scraping all client communications via email and g-cal and activity tracking by client.

Must Add for your Business!

What do you like best? I really enjoy the sync with google calendar and salesforce. Also being able to see all the salesforce data in google helps makes my days smoother. I enjoy how easy to use the product is. We onboarded our team with 1 training and barely had any follow up questions. What do you dislike? No dislikes at the time. What do you like best? Being able to track emails, invisible read receipts, and seamless integration with Salesforce. What do you dislike? I don't have any complaints of Groove at this time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to see from Groove which email formats seem to have the best open rate (subject line, content) & perhaps which email is resonating with a specific recipient based on open rates for best follow-up.

How Groove helps my Outbound Sales Work

What do you like best? The platform itself is intuitive to use. I personally enjoy creating Flows. I find that it's easy to know what step I'm in for each prospect and account. I typically use the same "flow" to save on time. I copy the flow and then edit it appropriately for the account I'm going after. But overall I do not re-create the wheel.
