Convenient

What do you like best? I like being able to see client information without having to go on their page right away. It's a good start What do you dislike? I haven't found any dislikes as of yet. The product has worked well whenever I use it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Making sure we have accountable emails on our systems, which helps whenever we look back at something on our CRM for what was going on in the situation.

What do you like best? This platform is the best to manage the entire customer service network, you can get the ability to make labels, add notes in email folders to have a greater organization. Groove Review - August 2020 - Awesome Tool!

What do you like best? I enjoy using the templates and the logging features. It is very helpful to be able to send emails quickly straight from my gmail account. Also, we use the logging feature to track emails within Salesforce. I like that I do not need to go into Salesforce to track emails. Saves me an extra step. The reminder feature - it allows me to stay on top of follow ups and is customizable in terms of timing which is perfect for altering depending on the client / content What do you dislike? What do you like best? Setting up specific flows by industry and tailoring each has been extremely helpful. What do you like best? My favorite / most used tool are reminders. This helps me stay on top of follow-ups. I also LOVE the scheduler tool. It makes scheduling meeting with customers so easy!
