Great Sales Efficency Tool

What do you like best? Automation - Queing up the best email template for each lead. We work with a lot of different industries and have so many email templates for each one. I used to send them all manually, and it took my 42 clicks of the mouse to send each email. Groove helped me reduce that to 3 mouse clicks per email sent. What do you like best? (1) Their support team. They will look into all your issues and fix them. Since they are still improving and growing, they are really listening to what customers need and guiding product decisions based on that feedback. New features coming up very often. What do you like best? The easy of the flows and the data analytics for each step What do you dislike? I have multiple flows which arent easily organised but that is probably my use rather than Groove itself! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automatic email flows to clients. Sales leads, tracking and booking in calls and emails with clients.

What do you like best? I am a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS company that serves Enterprise customers. In my role, I have a lot of interactions (emails, meetings, etc) with many customers. Groove make it easier to manage, keep track, and record those interactions. The integrations Groove has with Google calendar, Gmail, and Salesforce also are very helpful as they sync automatically and don't require me to manually update these. Groove is an easy way to communicate with multiple people at once, I would recommend this to anyone!

What do you like best? Being able to talk to multiple people is one thing that I love best about Groove. Its super user friendly also! I actually am able to teach my coworkers on how to utilize Groove which they end up loving it too! What do you dislike? One of the downsides is the fact that sometimes creating a CSV doesn't translate well to Groove. After some tries I was able to understand it but I believe this could be changed for the better. What do you like best? The ability to track emails being opened for important emails is definitely my favorite feature. It gives you a great sense of whether important emails are being opened and reviewed by a customer. What do you dislike? There are few downsides to Groove.
