Constantly evolving platform with a great support team.
What do you like best? I love that groove is easy to work with -- its a dream to get ahold of the team and its easy to understand that things are constantly being rolled out. The integrations with salesforce are amazing, especially how you can manage most things through the groove Omnibar and not worry about lagging around within our CRM. What do you like best? I like the reporting feature in Groove as well as the icon of email opens What do you dislike? What do you like best? Groove is the best that ever happened, it allows us to do our job effectively & efficiently. And to keep us AE employed, due to the Global Crises & our being closed we can work from home & service Real Estate Agents & Brokers to stay relevant & expand their business. Its easy to navigate. It looks good but the capabilities are glitchy and emails don't always log!
What do you like best? The look is very modern and nice to look at compared to the last tool we used. It's easy to go to flows and email templates from the entire sales floor and share them quickly. I also like how they provided a ton of training when we first onboarded and their support team on the website is there to answer any questions when you log on . The last thing I like is that their extension is pretty useful when I need to look at any notifications, tasks or dashboards ...

Such an easy tool to use - has increased my ability to connect
What do you like best? Groove has made it so easy for clients and potential clients to book times on my calendar to speak. Has increased my productivity and profitability. What do you dislike? Great Sales Efficency Tool
What do you like best? Automation - Queing up the best email template for each lead. We work with a lot of different industries and have so many email templates for each one. I used to send them all manually, and it took my 42 clicks of the mouse to send each email. Groove helped me reduce that to 3 mouse clicks per email sent. I purchased this for my company for our SDR position, but the efficiency is so tremendous that we got the whole sales team licenses. What do you dislike? ...

What do you like best? Honestly the support that we receive from Groove is impeccable. Onboarding is very easy and anything we need is just a phone call away. What do you like best? (1) Their support team. They will look into all your issues and fix them. Since they are still improving and growing, they are really listening to what customers need and guiding product decisions based on that feedback. New features coming up very often. (2) I like that they spend a lot of time on the front end, helping you customize functionality. What do you like best? Reliability/ efficient/ & effective/ Great Product What do you dislike? nothing to report as Groove makes the dream work What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When customer opens emails it gives you a sense of being in charge and having things under control. Great benefit for managing conversations with clients

Grooviest Tool Out There
What do you like best? Ease of use is far superior to the competition. I've had the opportunity to use a number of these email automation and cadence tools and could not be more impressed by Groove. I've picked it up and been able to use Groove effectively in no time at all. The tracking, Salesforce integration, Gmail integration and ease of setting up templates and flows is great.
