What do you like best about GRIN? Our Grin representative, Cameron, is extremely helpful and makes me feel like a valued customer. General customer support as been wonderful as well! Anytime I have a question, it gets answered and resolved very quickly.

What do you like best about GRIN? I enjoy the platform and the built-in Chrome connection, but what I enjoy most is the helpful team! I've had 3 different team members added to my account over 2 years and while that may sound like a headache, they've all been fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. I know I'm in good hands whenever I work with them.

What do you like best about GRIN? With Grin, you simply can do everything from looking at influencers and their stats, to sending them a personal email all the way to collecting your tasks. The platform keeps it all in one place so I don't have to keep spreadsheets and notes about everything myself. I enjoy that you can set up templates to create emails and automations. It saves time and you stay organized and in constant communication.

What do you like best about GRIN? We love having one database for all of our partnerships (versus tons of excel spreadsheets) -- and that we can organize them based on content creators vs revenue-driving. We love the "tags" and being able to search based on geographic area, category specific, etc. The campaigns are great to create clear deliverables, timelines, and tracking. What do you like best about GRIN? The management piece – the CRM functionality is easy to use and easy to understand. With such a robust influencer program, GRIN makes it easy to organize, manage and strategize our relationships.
