What do you dislike about GReminders? The set up took me a little while to get my head around, but I quickly got it as I wanted it and the customer support is great. What problems is GReminders ...

"Extremely pleased with customer service"

Not having to send out notifications once an appointment has been set or follow up reminders the day before an appointment has given me more free time to handle other task that need my attention. What do you dislike about GReminders? I don't like that plans only allow a certain number of reminders to be sent. Once we got up and running, it has been appreciated by our patients What do you dislike about GReminders? So far so good. I wish that Google Calender was as good as Apple I Cal as that remembers names previously used. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Reduced our cost of operation.

"Easy set up for SMS reminders"
What do you like best about GReminders? GReminders was easy to set up. I was offered a 15-minute consultation and got all my questions answered. The system is set up to send our drivers SMS reminders one hour before delivery with all the notes for pick-up and drop-off locations. It works great! I can easily set up reminders for each driver. It is relatively intuitive to use, and the 15 minute consultation saved me a lot of time than having to figure it out on my own. What do you dislike ...
